During this time, Lauren has seen first‑hand how subcontractors lose significant time and money by not managing their commercials and contractual obligations correctly. This affects not only the subcontractor but also the contractor, leading to additional cost, disputes and delays.

 

Fire Horse26 Ltd was created to close that gap and ensure subcontractors are commercially protected, compliant, and properly compensated under NEC.
